PUR-Systems
You can obtain PUR form-foam parts from BSW in a multitude of desired forms. We produce form parts from all common PUR foams. Starting with the CAD drawing, we develop the appropriate product together with our customers and manufacture in the desired quantity. Our ultra modern production plant ensures the highest quality and on-time manufacture. PUR form parts from BSW are used especially in the packaging industry, construction industry, furniture making, the commercial vehicle industry and in pattern making.
PUR-Integral-Soft-Foam

Our soft foams have densities from 50 - 70 kg/m³. They offer permanent elasticity and resilience. We can produce mouldings from foams in different hardnesses as well as composite elements with inlays. Our own-produced composite foam which is available in differing densities can also be coated with PUR moulded foam. Our foams are MDI-based so that the finished moulding poses no health hazard in fully cured state.
Application:

PUR-Cold-Foam

Our hard forms have densities from 40 - 180 kg/m³. Their closed cell structure makes them simply ideal for thermal insulation. Mouldings can also be used as energy-absorbing elements.

PUR-Integral-Semi-Hard-Foam
Our soft and semi-hard foams have densities from 50 - 500 kg/m³. The mouldings have a resistant, waterproof, washable surface which can be structured if required. There is a free range of colours. The foams are essentially scratch- and wear-proof and available in differing Shore hardnesses. Mouldings made of semi-hard foam are elastic but firm and inherently stable, showing good resilience. They offer a highly versatile mixture of strength and elasticity so that they have good impact absorbing and cushioning properties.

PUR-Integral-Hard-Foam
Our hard foams have densities from 250-1.200 kg/m³. They show extreme dimensional stability even under high temperature fluctuations so that they are also suitable for use out of doors. In contrast to semi-hard foams whose surface is harder than the core, their material structure is homogeneously hard-elastic. This permits us to produce hard foam mouldings with thin walls. Hard foam mouldings are easy to paint and coat and fit with inlays. They are very impact-resistant.
