BSW – polyurethane processing
BSW processes polyurethane (PUR) to produce foam or coatings for special floors and uses it to make the products Regupol and Recoflex. The used components comply with state-of-the-art technology and pose no hazard to the health or to the environment in fully cured state. BSW looks back on decades of experience in processing polyurethane and has developed numerous products which have set standards particularly in the construction of special floors.
Customized PUR mouldings
In 2006, BSW acquired an ultra-modern production facility for producing PUR mouldings for further expansion of the previously successful production of customized PUR mouldings. The company is now capable of producing PUR mouldings faster, at lower cost and with greater precision using foams with widely differing density, hardness, shape and dimensions. The customer base comes above all from the packaging industry, construction industry, furniture construction, the commercial vehicle industry and modelling.
