Regupol® AG

Traditional system for international competition. Force reduction meets all international standards. The wearing surface consists of an impermeable PUR coating with selected EPDM granules broadcast into the freshly applied PUR compound resulting in a homogenous and seamless granulated topping. The base mat is a prefabricated product supplied in rolls and permanently bonded to the subbase with a special PUR adhesive. This combination guarantees uniform physical properties and thickness.

Regupol® AG IS

The professional surface featuring a very comfortable level of force reduction similar to the traditional Regupol® AG system. It is a sandwich-type surface structure whereby the insitu base mat is installed on site by mixing the rubber granules and the PUR binder before the actual application which is carried out in the required thickness by special paving machinery. The insitu type installation offers the same benefits in comparison with the Regupol® compact system based upon fitting the surface into certain architectural layouts.

Regupol® AG RC

Numerous older synthetic tracks are in the need of replacement. The Regupol® AG RC retopping product entails installing a new layer on the existing synthetic surface without removing the old elastic layer. At first it will be necessary to sand down and clean the wear layer of the existing surface. Afterwards the special PUR primer must be applied with subsequent installation of a self-levelling, seamless PUR coating into which the coloured EPDM granules are then embedded. Finally, the tartan track will looks like new again, at a price well below the cost of purchasing a complete track.

Regupol® compact

This is a high performance surface with a relatively low level of force reduction. The homogenous and seamless wearing surface is identical to the topping of the Regupol® AG system. The entire system consists of three polyliquid layers resulting in a full-depth PUR structure. The easy installation procedure combined with high resilience and low energy loss have made this concept extremely reliable.

Regupol® PD

Water permeable or impermeable surface for athletic tracks and multipurpose facilities. The wearing surface is a structural spray coating consisting of a special PUR compound premixed with selected EPDM rubber granules. The prefabricated basemat which is identical to that of the Regupol® AG system guarantees uniformity and a steady force reduction and elasticity.

Application:

Regupol® PD IS

Water permeable surface which is installed on site. The topping is identical to that of Regupol® PD, the base mat to that of Regupol® AG IS.

Application:

Regupol® fastrack AG / Regupol® fastrack PD

Regupol® fastrack is a renovation system for old cinder- and clay surfaces. Within two weeks Regupol® fastrack is installed on the existing base that has been levelled and compacted. There is no exchange of soil, fixtures and equipment and no installation of costly new asphalt or concrete bases. Regupol® fastrack, the most economical renovation system for running tracks.
