Regupol sports floors for small playfields are differentiated by their elasticity, their use surfaces and their installation technology. One important characteristic of Regupol sports floors for outdoor facilities are their long services lives even when used intensively. Careful material composition, production and installation guarantee long, low-maintainance use, independent of weather influences.

Regupol Kombi

Premanufactured sports surface consisting of polymerically bound selected rubber particles, engineered and prefabricated into roll good that is uniform in thickness and density. Base mat consists of high resilient black rubber and has a laminated wear coat consisting of highly compressed EPDM granules.

Application:

All weather multipurpose playground surface, highly abrasion resistant and easy to maintain. [ more >> ]

Regupol Kombi IS

The insitu type of Regupol Kombi Base mat and wear coat are installed on site by mixing the rubber/EPDM granules and the PUR binder. The mixtures are then applied in the required thicknesses.

Regupol PD / PD IS

The wear coat is a structural spray coating consisting of a special PUR compound premixed with selected EPDM rubber granules. The prefabricated base mat always guarantees uniformity and a steady force reduction and elasticity. PD IS is the insitu type of this surface system.

Application:

Seamless surface for playgrounds and athletic tracks, economical solution with low maintenance cost and very good physical properties. [ more >> ]

Regupol AF / AF IS

The wear coat is a polyurethane layer with selected EPDM granules broadcasted insitu. The base mat is identical to that of Regupol Kombi and Regupol PD. AF IS is the insitu type of this surface system.

Application:

Regupol EPDM is a one layer surface system consisting of highly compressed EPDM granules.EPDM IS is the insitu type of this surface system
