Wrestling Mats

The mats consist of a compound foam body, which is bound with brown artificial leather. The base consists of a plastic material with a slip-resistant waffle structure or of needle felt, depending on choice. To complete the range of surfaces for wrestling we supply canvases made out of high-strength PVC Trevira fabric, either with a fold-over edge for mats with slip resistant bases or a climb-over edge for mats with bases made out of needle felt.

Mats for Floor Exercises

Single lengths and surfaces for floor exercises made of multi-layer PE foam. The top surface consists of skin-friendly and hard-wearing needle felt velvet, while the underside is made out of slip-resistant foam. All materials are bonded tightly with each other through a process of heat lamination. What makes the mats special is the fact that they weigh very little and have a consistent stability.

The compound foam core of these mats is available in different thicknesses – depending on the requirement. It is available with a PVC covering either on the top, all around and in some cases on the underside.

everrollŪ floorworks

The everrollŪ floorworks
range consists of four mats suitable for a wide range of different
types of exercise. The mats differ in terms of their elasticity, covers
and dimensions. The underside of everrollŪ floorworks
is covered with an anti-slip material. Small gaps in the material
create suction between the material and the underlying surface and mean
that mats hardly move, even when exposed to strong vertical impacts.

Crash Protection Components
