Variofoam®

Variofoam® composite foam and composites consist of many different basic materials and additives. Variofoam® 1000 and Variofoam® 2000 are classic composite foam materials. Variofoam® Composites on the other hand are special developments made by BSW to custom specifications or sold as finished products or system components.

BSW sells Variofoam® composite foam as raw material for further processing and as cuts in many different shapes and sizes. The material properties of Variofoam® composite foam can be varied according to customer specifications. Together with our customers, we find the right parameters for each set of requirements.

Variofoam® Composites can consist of the material elements of composite foam and also of other basic materials and additives. Here BSW offers a wide range of possibilities based on many years of experience in manufacturing elastic materials and finished products. The raw materials and additives of Variofoam® Composites are chosen according to the requirements profile and blended in order to achieve the required material properties.

Prime uses of Variofoam® products made of composite foam are to be found wherever elastic materials are needed as final products or parts of a product. These can also include airborne sound absorption, impact sound insulation, vibration isolation and thermal insulation.
